该职位来源于猎聘职责描述：Basing on company POR, responsible for providing proper sale plan, build plan and material plan and coordinate with internal and external team to support company sales and production, optimize planning process.1.Create and update demand plan and build plan on monthly basis and upload to system2.Participate & support S&OP meeting. Communicate with intercompany on demand trend for plan made and forecast accuracy3.Weekly monitor demand VS forecast and make adjustment as needed4.Forecast accuracy tracking and review with intercompany and take actions to improve accuracy on both product and parts level5.Maintain intercompany prospectus and continuously improve product lead time by data analysis6.Coordinate related groups to review demand and supply emergency7.Support products phase in and phase out planning on demand plan, build plan and material plan and LT prospectus create and update8.Coordinate Supply Chain, Production, OA and engineering groups to make sure project orders are well planned and produced to meet customer demand9.Provide reports, slides and data as per request10.Lead planning process improvement and company projects related to planning group11.Other works assigned by company任职要求：1．学历和专业/ Education & Major：Bachelor"s degree2．工作经验/ Experience：Three to five years planning/demand planning experience3．英文能力/ English Skill：Good English communication skills4．专业技能/ Technical Skill：Skilled on use office software
