职位目标/Position Objective:
Quickly response and resolve the material quality issue to ensure the production can go smoothly;
Monitor and audit the manufacturing process of suppliers to ensure the quality system is robust and steady to continuously product materials that meets all requirements;
Assist suppliers to improve their business and production process to fulfill the higher quality requirements and faster delivery requirements;
Fully follow the AQP process to evaluate the new supplier and new products to ensure new products have better quality performance than legacy products.
快速响应和解决材料质量问题,确保生产的正常进行;
监督和审核供应商的生产制造过程,确保供应商的质量体系稳定,能持续生产满足要求的零件;
并协助供应商不断优化业务和生产流程,以满足越来越高的质量要求和越来越短的交货期要求;
按照AQP要求,评审新供应商和进行新零件认证,确保新产品比老产品有更好的表现;

主要工作职责/Main Responsibilities:
1. 工厂支持/ Factory work:
a) 为进货检验提供技术支持,维护和更新检验计划,并解决进料检验发现的材料质量问题;
与生产工程师密切配合解决生产过程中发现的供应商材料质量问题;
Provide technical support to inspection team, maintain and update the CP, and resolve the material quality issue by working closely with manufacturing engineers.
b) 针对材料问题,开出材料审核单,推动供应商进行原因分析和改善,并验证纠正预防措施的有效性;
Issue MR for the material quality issue, push supplier to do root cause analysis and improvement, then evaluate and verify the effectiveness of supplier corrective actions;
c) 对不合格需要特采的材料,与研发和生产工程师合作,开出材料特采申请单;
Work with Design and manufacturing engineers to Issue ADR for the acceptance of non-conformance materials.

2. 供应商管理/Supplier Management:
a) 培训供应商,使供应商全面了解供应商质量手册和各种采购规范;
Train the supplier to fully understand the SQM and all PS specifications;
b) 进行供应商ESAC审核和过程审核,确保供应商的质量体系和生产过程稳定,并推动持续改善。
Conduct ESAC and process audit to supplier to ensure their quality system and production process is steady, and push supplier on continuous improvement;
c) 定期对供应商的质量状况进行审查并反馈给供应商,当有不良趋势时,推动供应商进行分析和改善;
Periodically give feedback to supplier on quality performance, and work with supplier for root cause analysis and improvement when there’s an adverse trend;
d) 协助供应商导入库存看板工具,实时监控其库存状况,避免因供应商缺货影响公司生产;
Assist supplier to implement Supermarket Kanban to monitor the stock level to avoid potential shortage issues;
e) 分析供应商的交货期,识别和实施交货期改善项目,以满足5天交货期的要求;
Analyze the lead time of parts to identify and implement lead time improvement projects to achieve the 5 days lead time goal;
f) 为主要供应商提供 6Sigma和精益生产等工具的培训,监督和协助其质量改进和过程改进活动,使其能够不断降低成本,提高质量、缩短供货周期
Provide training on 6 Sigma and Lean tools to primary supplier, monitor and assist them on the quality improvement and process improvement activities to achieve better cost, quality and delivery lead time;
g) 领导或参与直接采购,免检入库等降低采购成本的活动;
Lead or participant in the cost reduction projects like direct buy and DTS projects.

3. 供应商开发/Supplier development;
a) 为全球采购经理和本地供应商开发组提供技术支持,对新开发的供应商进行ESAC审核,选拔符合资质的新供应商;
Provide technical support to Global CM and local sourcing team, conduct ESAC audit to new suppliers to select the appropriate supplier;
b) 支持新产品的设计,带领设计部门和供应商就新产品进行技术审核和DFM;
Support the new project design; lead the design team and supplier to do technical review and DFM;
c) 当有新产品,供应商变更,零件或者工艺变更,工程变更时,按照AQP的流程对新零件进行PPAP认证;
Fully follow the AQP process to conduct PPAP qualification on new components when there’s new product, source change, part or process change on supplier site, ECO and etc,.
d) 为新产品建立检验计划,建立或更新采购规范,并对检验员进行培训。
Establish CP for new components, initiate or update the PS and train inspectors on them.




教育经验/知识技能/Education/Experience:
1. 本科及以上学历,主修电子或相关工程类专业;
Bachelor or above, major in electrical or mechanical related;
2. 熟悉焊接/线路板等工艺的一种或者多种;能发现、分析和独立解决问题;
Knowledge on CCA/ welding; can identify, analyse and resolve issues independently;
3. 至少三年制造行业供应链质量管理工作经验;熟悉AQP,PPAP,FEMA,8D等质量工具;有LEAN和 6 Sigma经验的优先考虑;
At least 3 years working experience in PCA, supply chain management or quality engineer related experience; familiar with quality tools, like AQP,PPAP,FEMA,8D, experience with Lean and 6 Sigma is a plus;
4. 良好的英文书面和口语沟通能力,能够独立主持或参加全球电话会议(英文);
Fluent English communication skill both in Oral and Written, can host or participant in Global Meeting (English);
5. 基本的贸易知识和谈判技巧,良好得团队合作精神,工作积极主动,适应出差。
Basic knowledge of international trade, good communication skill, team work spirit and positive working attitude, can travel around.
6. 熟悉ISO 9000/TS16949 等质量管理体系,有内审员证书的优先考虑;
Familiar with ISO 9000/TS16949 or equal quality system, internal auditor certificate is preferred;
